The first thing you should do is to relax and get away from your worries. If you can’t sleep and are so concerned about your homework then there is no need to worry because your worries will go away. Sometimes worrying about something is normal, especially if you have been worrying for days. Just take some deep breaths and relax before you start your homework. Do not let your worries keep you from doing your homework, just take some deep breaths and try to relax. Make sure that you do not do anything else until you are completely relaxed.

Once you are relaxed, you will now need to sit down and do your homework. This may seem a little difficult at first but once you get used to sitting down and working on your homework it will all become much easier. It can be tempting to get up and do it now, but try not to do so.
